Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or any other reason unrelated to a product defect.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@lifeliftshop.com.
To help us process your claim, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
After reviewing and verifying your claim, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect items ordered by the customer
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
